Product Details

 ADITOR® F is PROQUICESA’s range of high-strength cement additives, designed to optimize the grinding process of any type of cement while providing significant increases in its strength at all curing ages, especially at final ages.

ADDITIVES THAT IMPROVE COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH

Its additive effect during grinding allows for increased mill output and significantly improved flowability of dry cement. Additionally, thanks to its chemical action on the cement, ADITOR® F substantially increases the hydration capacity of this material, achieving very significant improvements in final mechanical strength without needing to increase the clinker content or modify the existing manufacturing process.

For cement plants that need to produce high-strength cement consistently and efficiently, ADITOR® F offers a direct and validated way to achieve higher strength classes with the same equipment and raw materials.

Recommended uses

The ADITOR® F range has been specially formulated as an additive to improve the strength of concrete and cement in all types of grinding applications. At PROQUICESA, we offer a wide range of ADITOR® F products, adapted to each type of cement (OPC, Limestone, Pozzolan, Fly Ash, Slag, etc.).

Instructions for use and dosage

ADITOR® F can be added directly to the mill feed using a simple pumping system. It is recommended to add it as close as possible to the mill inlet or the first chamber to maximize its effectiveness.

Recommended dosage: 350 – 700 ppm (g/t)

The optimal dosage should be determined at each plant and for each type of cement, based on the specific manufacturing and mixing procedures, cement type, strength requirements, transport time, and ambient temperature. Our technical team can assist with the dosage adjustment phase at the plant to ensure the best results from the start.
