Product Details

ADITOR® R is a range of cement-enhancing admixtures developed by PROQUICESA and specifically designed to optimize the performance of ordinary Portland cements (OPC), limestone cements, and slag cements. Its formulation significantly improves early-age mechanical strength while optimizing hydration and workability of the mix.

ADDITIVES THAT IMPROVE INITIAL STRENGTH AND CEMENT QUALITY

Its advanced chemical action exerts a highly beneficial effect on the cement hydration process, accelerating the development of the compounds responsible for the material’s early strength. Thanks to this property, ADITOR® R allows for a critical increase in early strength without compromising long-term stability, offering an ideal solution for optimizing the final product quality and maximizing the efficiency of curing processes.

Recommended uses

ADITOR® R have been designed for the optimization of cements with low initial activity, since they have an extreme effect on enhancing mechanical strength at early ages.

Instructions of use and dosage

ADITOR® R can be added directly to the mill feed using a simple pumping system, and it is recommended to dose it as close as possible to the mill entrance or the first chamber to maximize its effectiveness.

Recommended dosage:  500 – 1500 ppm (g/t)

The optimal dosage must be established at each plant and for each type of cement, based on the specific manufacturing and mixing procedures, cement type, strength requirements, transport time, and ambient temperature. Our technical team can assist with the dosage adjustment phase at the plant to ensure the best results from the outset.
