PC-controlled flexure testing machine for concrete sleepers and bearers 600 kN
The flexure testing machine is suitable for quality control of various concrete sleepers and
bearers. Optionally a displacement measuring system can be installed. The solid steel frame is
extremely torsion-resistant. The columns are clamped without any play.
With test cylinder from below, so that the crack can be inspected from above.
Incl. pneumatic lifting system for automatic lifting of the sleepers into the test position for the
head and centre test, as well as a fully automatic centring device for the sleepers.
Accuracy class 1 according to DIN EN ISO 7500-1, servo-controlled.
Standards: EN 13230-2, EN 13230-4, DBS 918 143 (Deutsche Bahn), GOST 33320-2015
