Easy and ergonomic operation

The HR-HSK/B is the pneumatic tube station for sending and receiving pneumatic tubes within the plant. The sample material to be sent to the laboratory for further analysis is filled into a carrier. The pneumatic tube is closed with the built-in manual cap pulling device and then placed in the insertion point of the station. The station is opened and closed manually.

The carrier transport to the laboratory is initiated by using a push button. An indicator light on the receiver station shows the presence of a pneumatic tube.

Flexible use and integration into the customer’s Level 2 systems

The HR-HSK/B is the worldwide standard in numerous branches of industry. The HR-HSK/B can be used to send both powder and solid samples. The HR-HSK/L is available in two versions for operation with a blower or with compressed air. In this way, the HR-HSK/L can always be used according to the local conditions and performance requirements.

The station can be equipped with an additional terminal (option) for entering sample IDs. The HR-HSK/B can establish an interface with the higher-level Level 2 system of the production plant via the PrepMaster software. This means that sample IDs can be shown on the station display and easily selected by the operator. This number is then used in the automatic sample preparation on the laboratory side for reliable identification of the sample.
