Optimized for sampling of hot powder material
The HR-KNH sampler is designed for the sampling of hot powder and fine-grain material from inclined drop shafts. A linear conveyor transports a spoon into the material stream. After the retraction and unloading of the spoon, the material falls through a funnel into the sending station. The system can be used for both cross-sectional and random spot sampling. The sample quantity can be adjusted by control of the sampling strokes. The sampling cycle can be controlled by the PLC of a process station.
Flexible configuration
Flexible configuration Optionally, the HR-KN/H is available as an extra-robust version with hydraulic drive and welded frame. Furthermore, a water-cooled feeder is obtainable as an additional sample cooling device. Usually, the sampler HR-PN is linked to the plant station HR-BM. Here, the sample can be collected within the mixer. Alternatively, the material can be filled directly into a pneumatic carrier or cup for transportation into the laboratory. Optionally, the sample can be filled into a collecting container without plant station.
