The standard in cement and other material types
The screw sampler HR-SN is the standard in many cement plants and other production facilities which require sampling of powder material. The HR-SN is designed for easy mounting in vertical or inclined drop chutes. The screw length may vary between 240 and 460 mm according to application and constructional conditions. Due to its design the HR-SN enables a long-standing operation without complications.
Flexible at use
The semicircular-section trough of the sampler projects into the material flow with the open side facing upwards. The screw conveyor transports the sample material via a downcomer directly into the downstream plant station HR-BM. Here, the sample can be collected within the mixer. Alternatively, the material can be filled directly into a pneumatic carrier or cup for transportation into the laboratory. Optionally, the sample can be filled into a collecting container without plant station. The sampling cycle is controlled by the PLC of the plant station.
