Easy to use
The HS 200 is a manual specimen grinding machine for the preparation of pig iron and steel samples, which are used for quality assurance in foundries, steel mills and other metal production plants.
The handling of the machine is extremely simple. With the help of the smooth-running swivel arm, particularly sensitive grinding is possible. In addition, the tapered roller bearing of the grinding arm and the powerful support column ensure reproducible surface grinding of the specimen.
Variable uses
The HS 200 offers a compact design and flexible installation options due to its table design. It can be equipped with manual and pneumatic clamping devices or a magnetic clamping plate. The HS 200 is low-maintenance with easy replacement of the grinding wheel and low noise and dust generation. It is suitable for wet and dry sanding.
