Semi-automatic variant
With the HUST-MAN, Herzog also offers a semi-automatic stand-alone machine for punching samples. Disc specimens with a diameter of up to 40 mm and a thickness of approx. 4-5 mm or lug specimens are inserted into the punching device by hand and the safety cover is closed. The punching process is started by pressing the start button. The punched out analysis pieces are pneumatically transported away from the punching area and collected in a collection container. The specimen is removed by hand.
Security
The machine is completely closed and soundproofed. The input flap is protected by safety switches.
