Body-Over-Wedge clamping heads (side load)
The advantage of body-over-wedge clamping heads is  that only minimal pre-forces are exerted
on the specimens during clamping  .Clamping jaw inserts for the following sample
dimensions are included in the scope of delivery:
Flat samples:
0-10 mm, 9-18 mm, 17-26 mm, 25-36 mm;
Round samples:
Ø6-15 mm, 15-24 mm, 24-32 mm, 32-40 mm
The test frame with control cabinet meets all safety requirements according to
DIN 51233 and all requirements according to DIN EN ISO 7500-1.
The complete machine is delivered with an EU Declaration of Conformity and operating
instructions in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The test machine can optionally
be equipped with a large, impact-resistant, transparent polycarbonate test chamber guard.
(We recommend a test chamber guard in cases of brittle, sudden fracture or splintering.)

Control electronics

A Doli EDCi20 controller is  used as a universal digital measurement and control electronics unit for testing machines

  •  It is mounted in the control cabinet and can optionally be operated via remote control
  • The control electronics enable fully automated test execution with predefined loading rates for force-, displacement-, and strain-controlled tests.
Sensitive and adjustable fracture detection ensures early detection of specimen failure
  • Communication to the PC: Ethernet port / USB 2.0
    configuration.
  • Remote maintenance via TeamViewer function (PC required).

Expansion option: 3 iSI modules (2 onboard)
System clock: max. 2.5 kHz
Supply voltage + 24 VDC, 1.5 A
Control output ±10V
A/B Pulse sequence for controlling downstream electronics
Automatic sensor detection via
intelligent sensor connector SGS
calibration data is stored in the sensor connectors

• Hydraulic or mechanical crosshead adjustment for adapting test chamber heights
• Test chamber guard made of impact-resistant, transparent polycarbonate with safety switch
• Axial extensometers, measuring probes and other sensors for all applications
• Video extensometers, crack width transducers, long-stroke transducers
• Separate force transducers for small force measuring ranges
• Bending and compression device, shearing d

Support Brackets – Series C

Anchors produces refractory support brackets. Support brackets are used when the walls of the furnace are high. This enables to spread the weight on the refractory which reduces the risk of deterioration of the wall. They are also often placed around doors or < openings > to reinforce the refractory on
