STA-GCMS
STA–Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry Measurement System
Compatible with mass spectrometers (MS) and GC-MS systems from all major manufacturers
This setup allows not only the detection of mass changes during heating, but also high-sensitivity acquisition of chemical reaction information that is often difficult to obtain from thermal analysis alone. It is an indispensable tool for supporting new material development, process optimization, quality control, and fundamental research. Measurements under water vapor atmosphere are also supported.
Note:
– The appearance may vary depending on the GC-MS model and product updates.
– The upper cover of the GC must be removed during installation.
STA-GCMS Overview
■ Innovative evolved gas collection mechanism
Collects gases directly from near the sample while minimizing background levels of water and air.
■ Rich simulation functions and accurate temperature information
Offers wide flexibility in measurement conditions—heating, atmosphere, and sample amount—while providing accurate sample temperature information. Mass change data from STA and chemical reaction data from GC-MS can be obtained simultaneously, allowing in-situ (on-site) observation of reaction progress.
