All advantages at a glance:

Space-saving solution for a wide range of applications

The HSM 50 is a compact and efficient benchtop laboratory grinder. The mill is suitable for grinding different sample materials such as silicates, cement, ceramic materials, ores, iron sinter and ferroalloys. Depending on the customer’s application, the user can choose between 10 and 50 cc grinding vessels (chrome steel or tungsten carbide).

Easy to use

The sample material is poured into the grinding vessel. The grinding vessel is then inserted into the machine together with the grindstone and lid and fixed by the clamping device. After adjusting the meal, the grinding cycle is set in motion by pressing the start button.

Security

After closing the flap, the machine is closed during the entire grinding process. After the grinding process is complete, the grinding vessel can be removed and the ground material can be removed for further use. The machine is fully enclosed, silenced and requires a minimum of operator time and maintenance. Safety switches automatically shut down the machine in the event of a malfunction.

Execution options:

  • Grinding vessel chrome steel 10 ccm
  • Grinding vessel tungsten carbide 10 ccm
  • Grinding vessel chrome steel 50 ccm
  • Grinding vessel tungsten carbide 50 cc
